Oh my...


I don't feel good about myself lately..selalu penat je..naik tangga 3 tingkat pun dah rasa nak tercabut lututku ini..punyalah dia tangkap tang kat betis tu..aduhhh. Lepas tu lately ni aku asyik sakit belakang je..is it because aku suka duduk bongkok and posture tak betul? I don't know..and I'm not as fit as before. Sekarang ni pukul 1030 pm dah wajib tidur dah. Kalau tak esoknya mesti bercinta nak bangun pagi..How I wish aku ni boleh bangun pagi-pagi weekend, lepas subuh terus pergi jogging ke, cycling ke..masalahnya hati tu berat sangat. Lagi sayangkan bantal dan suami (eh? ;P). To make things worse, I've gained weight! Tak berani nak timbang the exact kgs yang naik sejak kahwin dulu. Memang kalau orang tengok semua cakap aku kurus, kecik. Tapi my hubs cakap perut dah buncit (yes I notice that honey!) and "besarnya peha.." (yes I notice THAT too sayang!).

I need to do something about myself..but when, what and how?
